Sometimes you need more than the answer to a quick question — you need a proper piece of work: with careful planning, correct structuring, and someone managing the detail from start to finish. That's what our Done For You service is for.
This is often required for a commercial property transaction — with or without funding, purchasing from trustees, sponsoring employers or third parties, any type of commercial property or land, whether split-use, leasehold or freehold — along with other structural changes that need to be planned and executed correctly the first time.
A lot of trustees simply don't know the full range of what a SSAS can actually do — that's exactly what Trustee Training is there to fix. But once you do know what's possible, our Done For You service is usually the best way to turn this knowledge into something real. It starts with a conversation: a consultation with an RC Advisors consultant to talk through your options and work out what piece of structural planning is worth taking forward.
From there, our Done For You service builds that into an actual framework, including a full implementation plan, and RC Advisors works the plan through end to end — bringing in the right partners, whether that's surveyors, solicitors or other specialists, at the right time and in the right way, so nothing gets rushed and nothing gets missed.
